Well hey there, you!
First and foremost, I'd like to inform you of a few critically important things that you're likely to experience in this blog. Obviously, it's called "leasing and losing." This is because I'm a leasing agent for my apartment complex and there are daily failures associated with this position. Sometimes it's me (I'm somewhat willing to accept 0.03% of the fault)...more often than not, it's residents. No matter who is at fault, it is always hilarious and slightly disturbing.
Second, I've been told I am hilarious. At this point, you may be thinking "Oh, awesome! This blog is going to fucking rock! I love funny leasing agent girls with blogs!" Okay well, yeah...I'm funny, but I'm only funny situationally. We'll see how that goes.
Finally, I'm not exactly sure how this will shape up. Will it be all about my leasing adventures? Will it be about how much I hate my downstairs neighbor because he's the biggest Kanye-West-loving DOUCHE on the planet? Will it just end up being about my day-to-day? Who knows, but I'm excited!

I don't see why it can't be a combination of all the craziness that happens around here. Furthermore, it just wouldn't be a blog about leasing if you didn't include stories of how residents show up to where leasing staff LIVE at NIGHT AND AFTER HOURS for stupid crap.
